We collect this information directly from you through our booking forms and checkout. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

03. Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We rely on trusted platform partners to run the website and process payments, including:

• Stripe payment processing and deposit handling.
• Lovable Cloud / Supabase hosting, database and authentication infrastructure.
• Email delivery services sending booking confirmations and studio notifications.

These providers are responsible for their own security practices, and we choose them for their industry standard protections. Our responsibility is to configure and use them carefully and only collect data we need.

04. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses essential cookies to keep your session secure and enable booking and checkout. We do not currently use third party advertising or analytics cookies. If this changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.

05. Retention and deletion

We keep booking records, consent forms and payment information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete or correct your personal data by emailing bookings@thelashmatch.co.uk.

You can ask to see, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the link in any email we send.
