  • The information I have given about my health, allergies and eye conditions is accurate, and I will tell my technician of any changes.
  • I understand lash extensions are applied close to the eye and that mild irritation, redness or reaction is possible.
  • I am not pregnant with any related sensitivity, nor recovering from recent eye surgery or infection, without having told my technician.
  • I will follow the aftercare advice given, and I understand retention varies with my natural lash cycle and aftercare.
  • I understand my deposit is non refundable and that cancellations or rescheduling need 48 hours' notice.
  • I consent to photographs of my lashes being taken for the technician's records, and I can decline use on social media at any time.
